Phytosphingosine

This acne-friendly ceramide precursor helps activate your skin’s natural barrier repair processes while reducing redness and irritation.

10% Glycerin + Diglycerin

Hydrating humectant superblend! Diglycerin enhances glycerin’s hydrating superpowers, keeping skin plump and moisturized for longer.

Centella Liposomes

I’m having some awful rash like breakouts, but this was highly recommended. My entire face is changing w age and hormones and this brand has been amazing! I hope they expand, they really are great for sensitive and combo skin.

“Obsessed and will keep repurchasing!”

My single most favorite moisturizer I have ever tried and I am becoming a licensed esthetician and have loved skincare since I was young. I have put my entire family and friends onto this product and I need to have it in my kit at all times! It's lightweight but buttery and nourishing, and it lays beautifully under makeup AND on top of tretinoin cream. Cannot say enough good things about this product and you should try it!!!!

Molecular mesh has saved my skin!!! I fell victim to viral skin flooding and trying numerous products. My barrier was ruined!! I tried other barrier supporting moisturizers and all either gave me irritation, closed comodones, or some sort of reaction. Molecular Mesh SAVED MY SKIN!!!! It moisturized my skin and helped heal it. I have oily dehydrated skin and this worked so well for me. I use it am and pm and I have no issues wearing it under my make up. No peeling or separation. My ONLY complaint is I want a value sized tube. I use it daily and I go through a tube in about 3 weeks. Experiment I’m begging please please please make a bigger tube. I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

This moisturizer is beyond perfect for my sensitive + combo, yet very clog/acne prone skin. Without this my skin barrier is weak as I do use prescription topicals to manage my acne. I love that it’s buildable meaning you can apply a thin layer or a thick layer depending on your skin’s needs. I have repurchased this over and over again, I will continue to do so

At 68 years old, over the last year, I developed dermatitis/eczema on my face around the marionette lines and my nose. Never ever had skin problems, even as a teen. Had to stop using retinal and Vit C. Worked hard to be sure my skin stays hydrated, and Super saturated has been part of my routine. Still always had some redness in those areas, even though the bumps would go away. Just started using Molecular Mesh a week ago. Along with loving the texture, the redness is gone and I don’t need as much makeup to help conceal it! Truly amazed! Recommended to a friend. She just started using it and loves it too! This is seriously incredible at healing my skin barrier! After dermaplaning, my skin is usually so sensitive for days but this literally heals it overnight. Same goes for any irritation like blowing my nose too much (allergy szn), rashes or other aesthetic treatments. It stings a bit on sensitized skin but if that means it's working im ok with it! I have rosacea and it doesn't really do much to reduce redness long term but I always wake up with a really great even tone.

My only complaints are that I have to use a very thin layer or it pills a little and feels a tad greasy but that may just be a me problem since no one else feels that way lol
