Super Saturated Barrier Support Serum
— Avant Guard® is a patent-pending reusable silicone sheet mask you can pair with any of your favorite serums and moisturizers to create a custom sheet mask without the waste. Avant Guard® comes in two sizes for small heads and big heads– get your size with the Find My Fit quiz.
— Super Saturated is a barrier support serum with 30% glycerin– aka your skin’s fave hydrator. At higher percentages glycerin goes beyond hydration to unlock its unique barrier replenishing and soothing properties. This one-of-a-kind saturating blue goo also has supporting ingredients like polyglutamic acid, bisabolol, prickly pear extract, and niacinamide.
How to use
Using Avant Guard + Super Saturated is… super easy.
STEP 1
After cleansing apply a generous amount (3-4 pumps) of Super Saturated to your face.
STEP 2
Layer Avant Guard on top, with the seam side out, apply to the forehead area first, then loop on the Hyper Stretch ear loops. Enjoy life as an alien for as little as 10 min to 1 hour.
STEP 3
Remove the mask to reveal your unreal, juicy glow. Continue on with the rest of your routine. Rinse Avant Guard with soap and water, then hang or pat to dry. Reuse again and again!

Is Super Saturated vegan?
Yep! This delicious blue goo is vegan, and does not contain any animal derived ingredients.
Can I use Avant Guard with exfoliating products or other strong actives?
Important: Do not use Avant Guard over prescription treatments (ex: tretinoin), exfoliating products (ex: glycolic acid toner), or other actives that can be irritating on their own (ex: retinol). Avant Guard uses occlusion to aid in product absorption. Occlusion is a powerful force, and could lead to these actives irritating your skin more than usual if applied under Avant Guard. We suggest using these actives after your masking session!
Can I sleep in Avant Guard?
We recommend using Avant Guard for shorter term bursts of occlusion to help enhance product absorption and increase skin hydration. We don’t recommend you wear this mask for more than 8 hours though, some studies suggest that longer term occlusion (>8 hours) can disrupt your skin barrier, so this could be a case of “too much of a good thing.”Do your own experiments to see how long you like to wear Avant Guard for, you can try a nap if you’re curious!

As someone with dry, easily dehydrated skin, I love how deeply hydrating this serum feels without being heavy or sticky. The texture is unlike anything else in my routine, and the 30% glycerin really makes a difference. Have been using it for a while, like 3-4 months, but suddenly started ripping near my nose on one side and now on other side. I love it though, so I tried a cheaper version but it wasn't as good as this one. I'm very sad it ripped, but I moved to different country and can't reorder it.😭

I was on Amazon when I found this and I had noticed its competitors lower-priced, pastel-colored varieties, but I’m so glad this freaky hyper-green mask drew me in. Ive had this mask 6+ months and it will be a part of my routine forever. Not only is it obviously super effective but it cuts out the ridiculous waste of single use skin products. Literally ripped as I was taking it out of the bag it came in. Also, I ordered the large and it has a very weird fit. Tight in some places and baggy in others. I suspect it's the silicone grade they use is not up to the task this mask offers. I have reusable silicone eye patches and they were fabricated with a much higher quality. For now I have the mask with half a nose. Too bad. I was very excited for this to be a great product.

For feedback-I think for a “big” face mask size this still feels small in the nose area. The mask only makes contact with the outer sides of my face cheeks, bottom of chin, forehead. Awesome. Everything else on my face makes no contact with the mask such as the front panel of my face cheeks, upper lip, upper chin area because my nose is having to stretch the material forward! But I think there’s something about this product I think has room for improvement and I’d love to see them somehow add space in between the corners of the nose. The nose flap maybe can be engineered where it’s wider. Much wider without making the slits go any closer to the eye holes. I didn’t want to fill this out without giving some sort of solution/idea cause I think this could be a really great product. I wouldn’t be worried about making the big mask too big as long as there’s still tension.
