I use a .3% adapalene 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream for my acne but still struggled with closed comedones and the occasional breakout. Since I’ve incorporated this into my routine almost daily, I’ve seen so much improvement! I do have to take breaks some days because my prescription is strong but this causes really no irritation unless my barrier is a little overworked.
